Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms are between Blend IT Solutions Private Limited, a company registered in India with its office at Rezule, MM Road, Pune Camp, Pune 411001, Maharashtra, India, which provides Rezule ("Rezule", "we"), and the organization that creates an account ("you"). By using the service you accept them on behalf of that organization and confirm you may. The service is for businesses and professionals, not for personal or household use.

Your account

You are responsible for the people you invite and what they do, and for keeping sign-in details safe. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

Your content

You keep all rights in the content you and your team put into the service and the drafts it produces for you. You give us the rights we need to host, process and publish it as you instruct, and nothing more. We do not use your content to train models.

You are responsible for what is published: that you have the rights to it, that it follows the law and each platform's rules, and that you review what AI drafted before approving it.

AI output

Drafts, images, video and research made with AI can be wrong, can resemble content made for others, and may not be protected by copyright everywhere. Check facts and rights before you publish, and label AI-generated content where the law or a platform requires it. Logos are never generated by AI; the service places your own logo files.

If you connect your own key for an AI provider, your agreement with that provider also applies to that use, and charges it makes are yours.

Connected platforms

When you connect a social account you authorize us to act on it as the features you use require. Each platform's own terms continue to apply to your use of it, including the YouTube Terms of Service for YouTube channels. Platforms can change or withdraw their APIs; we cannot guarantee any platform's availability.

Acceptable use

Use of the service must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend an account that puts others or the service at risk, and will tell you why.

Plans, credits and payment

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew until cancelled. Prices are on the pricing page; taxes may apply.
• Each plan includes monthly credits for AI features. A month's credits last until the next month's arrive; credit packs last 12 months. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
• A new organization gets a free 14-day trial of the Agency plan without a card. If no plan is chosen, it moves to the Free plan.
• If a payment fails, you have 7 days to fix it; after that, publishing is paused until the account is paid.
• You can cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period already paid.

Availability and support

We aim for 99.9% monthly availability and post incidents on our status page. Support is by email; Enterprise plans can have support terms of their own.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by cancelling your plan and deleting your workspaces. We may end the agreement for a serious breach that is not fixed within 30 days of notice. After an account ends, you can export for 30 days, then the data is deleted as the Trust page describes.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as it is and as available. AI output can be wrong; that is why a person approves every post. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, even if told they were possible. Each party's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, to your indemnity below, or to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, from what you publish through the service, or from your breach of these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or a platform's rules, and pay the resulting costs and damages a court awards or you agree to in a settlement.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, though either party may seek urgent relief in any court. Before going to court, each party will try in good faith to resolve the dispute by writing to the other.

General

You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it to a successor of our business. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms, with the policies they link to, are the whole agreement about the service.

Notices to us go to legal@rezule.ai; we send notices to the account owner's email address.

Changes to these terms

We will give account owners at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email and on this page.
