Who we are

Rezule ("Rezule", "we") provides a service for planning, drafting, approving, publishing and measuring social media content. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and your choices. For questions, write to privacy@rezule.ai.

For the content our customers put into the service, the customer (the organization that holds the account) decides what is processed and why; we process it on their behalf under the Data Processing Addendum. For the data about our own customers' users (accounts, billing, support), we decide, and this policy describes it.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell personal data, show advertising, or use your content to train models.

Data from Google, YouTube and Google Business Profile

When you connect a YouTube channel, Rezule uses YouTube API Services to publish the videos you approve and to read their statistics and comments. By connecting a channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of the data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

When you connect a Google Business Profile, Rezule publishes the updates you approve to the locations you choose and reads their statistics.

Rezule's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use data from Google APIs to develop, improve or train AI models. You can revoke our access at any time at Google security settings or by disconnecting the channel in Rezule.

Data from Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Bluesky, Mastodon and Telegram

We request only the permissions each feature needs: publishing, reading the posts we published, their statistics, and the comments and messages on them so you can answer from one inbox. We do not read your private messages beyond the accounts and conversations the platform grants to the connected business or creator account.

Disconnecting an account in Rezule revokes our access at the platform where the platform allows it, and deletes its token. You can also remove our app in the platform's own settings; we then delete the data we received for that account. See Deleting your data.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run parts of the service for us, bound by contracts that limit them to that purpose. The list, with what each does and where, is on the Subprocessors page. We share data with a platform only when you ask us to publish to it or connect it. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

Where it is stored

Each organization chooses the United States or the European Union when it is created; its data is stored in that region. Some providers (for example the AI provider) may process a request in another country; transfers use the safeguards the law requires, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Posts and their history for as long as the workspace exists; inbox messages 24 months; analytics 36 months; what AI was sent and returned 90 days; logs 30 days. A deleted workspace is removed 30 days after it is archived. The Trust page has the full table.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to or restrict some uses, and complain to your data protection authority. Organization owners can export and delete workspaces themselves; for anything else write to privacy@rezule.ai. We answer within 30 days. If your data is in an organization's workspace, we may pass your request to that organization, which decides on it.

Legal bases (EU and UK)

We process personal data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), for our legitimate interests (keeping the service secure, improving it, and telling account owners about it), to meet legal obligations (tax, accounting and lawful requests), and with consent where we ask for it (for example, linking Telegram). You can withdraw consent at any time.

India

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask for a summary of the personal data we process about you, have it corrected, completed, updated or erased, nominate someone to exercise these rights for you, and have a grievance addressed. Our Grievance Officer is Anjum I., reachable at privacy@rezule.ai. We address grievances within the time the law sets. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

United States

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined in California law. California and other US state residents can use the rights described above, including access, correction and deletion, without being treated differently for doing so.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. The app uses only what it needs to keep you signed in. See the Cookie Policy.

Children

The service is for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

We will post changes here and, for significant ones, tell account owners by email before they take effect.
