Deleting your data
Last updated 13 October 2026
If you use Rezule
- To disconnect a social account and revoke our access at the platform: Settings → Channels → Disconnect. Its token is deleted at once.
- To delete a whole workspace: an organization owner or admin archives it in Organization → Data. It can be exported or restored for 30 days, then everything in it is deleted for good: posts, files, the inbox, analytics, search indexes, tokens and encryption keys.
- To delete your personal account, write to privacy@rezule.ai from the address you sign in with. We complete requests within 30 days.
If you removed Rezule from a platform
When you remove our app in Facebook, Instagram or Threads settings, the platform tells us and our access ends at once. When you also ask the platform to delete your data, we delete what we received from it for your account: the access token, the account's name and picture, and the comments, messages and statistics we collected. Posts a workspace wrote stay with that workspace. The platform gives you a confirmation code; enter it below to see the status.
On LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube and Google Business Profile, removing our app in the platform's settings ends our access; the account shows as disconnected in Rezule. To have the data we received from that account deleted, disconnect it in Rezule or write to us, and we delete it within 30 days.
Questions about a deletion: privacy@rezule.ai.
Telegram and Slack
To unlink Telegram, choose Telegram in the account menu and then Unlink, or send /stop to the bot. We then delete the link and stop reading messages from that Telegram account.
To stop Slack messages, a workspace admin changes or removes the Slack channel in Settings → Notifications, or removes the Rezule app in Slack's own settings.
Check a deletion request
If a platform gave you a confirmation code, send it to privacy@rezule.ai and we will tell you where your request stands.
